About the Role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Representative to drive business growth in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and plays a key role in developing strong customer partnerships and achieving commercial objectives. Core Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, scheduling appointments, and conducting effective sales calls to close new business across all service categories. A key aspect of the role involves assessing current client needs and utilizing product demonstrations and presentations to achieve sales goals. This position requires close coordination with team members and other departments to ensure a unified sales effort.

Sales Management and Financial Acumen

This role demands proactive engagement to prevent financial disputes with customers. The Sales Representative will be accountable for ensuring that collection targets are met on time and in full. Additionally, the position involves preparing professional and accurate reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive-level presentations, contributing to the overall business strategy and client relationship management.

Market Engagement and Collaboration

Collaboration with fellow sales representatives is essential to meet company quotas and standards. This includes conducting market research and regular competitor monitoring to inform sales strategies. Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Candidates must hold Saudi nationality, as per government requirements.

Essential Skills
