About the Role

Solenis is seeking a Sector Lead Food & Beverage to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves managing sales activities for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the quality of product and service delivery within the non-alcoholic beverage, processed food, and dairy categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical sales calls to both new and existing clients.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, electronically, or in person.
• Schedule sales activities and develop comprehensive sales action plans and strategies.
• Prepare technical sales proposals and present sales contracts.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up for management.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments by analyzing trends and identifying sales opportunities.
• Update job knowledge in technical aspects and selling skills through studying new product descriptions, techniques, and participating in educational opportunities.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new clients, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations.
• Contribute to department and organizational goals by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and recommending enhanced policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
