About Shangri-La Jeddah

Shangri-La Jeddah is a luxury hotel located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea shores, establishing a new standard for hospitality in the city. The hotel features stylish interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the sea and sandy beaches. Amenities include a dedicated Kids Club and supervised play area for families, alongside innovative dining concepts designed to cater to diverse palates.

The Role of Service Associate Concierge

The Service Associate Concierge plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at Shangri-La Jeddah. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive guest services and assisting with various needs, including luggage and other personal items. The primary objective is to ensure guests receive professional and attentive support throughout their stay in Jeddah, Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with guests to foster loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
Assist guests with a range of services, including airline reservations and confirmations, handling messages, arranging transportation, coordinating city tours, and securing restaurant reservations.
Ensure all interactions with guests are conducted professionally and with care, in strict adherence to the hotel’s established policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and proper records for all guest deliveries.
Uphold all quality standards and procedures across the entire guest journey, from pre-arrival to arrival, during their in-house stay, and through to their departure.
Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery and collection of guests’ luggage.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of one year of working experience within a hotel environment is required.

Required Attributes

Ability to work long hours and various shifts as required by operational needs.
Possession of a pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
