About the Role

BD Holding is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager for LEICHT Jeddah, one of Germany’s premium kitchen brands. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading a team to strengthen sales performance and maintain brand standards within a premium showroom environment. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team.
Follow up on leads, showroom visitors, quotations, and client projects.
Review kitchen designs and production orders.
Maintain premium showroom and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, collections, and sales reports.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams.
Build lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must currently be based in Jeddah.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in kitchen, furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or related sectors.
A bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification.
Premium kitchen sales or design experience is an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up capabilities.
Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.

Work Environment

This role operates within the LEICHT Jeddah showroom, representing an internationally recognized kitchen brand in the Saudi market. The position involves working with a sales and design team and coordinating with various internal departments.
