About the Opportunity

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Talent & Performance Management professional to join their team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness through robust talent and performance initiatives.

Performance Management Responsibilities

• Assist with all Performance Management activities, including company-wide objective setting, performance reviews, and calibration sessions.
• Continuously improve relevant processes, tools, and guidelines for performance management.
• Identify and resolve errors within the Performance Management System, collaborating with other departments to fix glitches and upgrade system processes as needed.
• Liaise with the compensation and benefits team to ensure alignment between performance outcomes and reward structures.

Talent Development and Succession Planning

• Coach and advise Directors and Managers on best practices for performance management, talent progression, and mobility policies to foster talent development and growth.
• Nominate top talents for leadership development programs designed to address specific leadership needs and support competency enhancement.
• Manage leadership potential assessments and succession planning, continuously improving processes, tools, and guidelines to ensure leadership initiatives align with business objectives.
• Attend and support leadership talent board meetings, ensuring prompt follow-up on agreed actions and assisting senior management in implementing development plans.
• Provide internal consulting services on various talent management issues.

Organizational Effectiveness and Analytics

• Manage and report on HR and organization development metrics across the organization to measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Conduct analyses of HR and organization development activities, report on findings, and propose action plans to continuously improve the organization in performance and talent management and development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in talent and performance management.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the Bupa Arabia team.
