Role Overview

TAFE JD is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its team. This full-time position focuses on developing new business opportunities and promoting specialized technical solutions across industrial, educational, and government sectors. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within industrial, educational, and government sectors.
  • Promote and sell a range of technical products and solutions, including Industrial Robotics, Collaborative Robots (Cobots), Automation Solutions, Engineering Labs, STEM Labs, TVET Training Equipment, and R&D Solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to project closing.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Represent TAFE JD at exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the following specialized solutions:

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial, educational, or government sectors, with a focus on the specified product categories.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
