Join Our Team as a Mechanical Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Technician to join our Engineering Operations team at Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea. This luxurious resort, situated in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, is focused on sustainability and offers a unique experience with 361 rooms and multiple dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mechanical systems including HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing.
• Tools, Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and ensure a clean workspace.
• Communication & Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests effectively and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Additional Duties: Attend meetings and report to work on time in complete uniform.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial environment.
• Technical diploma or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, good communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
