Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This role is central to managing a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing division. The primary responsibility involves ensuring the efficient intake of poultry and the subsequent processing of specified poultry products, consistently meeting all internal customer requirements. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high operational standards and product integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
• Oversee the efficient intake of raw poultry materials into the processing facility.
• Direct the processing of specified poultry products to meet established internal customer requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all defined management performance parameters.
• Implement and monitor processes to minimize loss-in-process during production.
• Maintain a standard of zero non-conformance in all processed products and operational procedures.
• Guarantee strict compliance with all defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards throughout operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant operational or production environment.
• An understanding of operational efficiency, quality control, and safety protocols, particularly within the food processing industry, is beneficial for this role.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based at Almarai's facilities in Hail. The role operates within a dynamic production environment, requiring a hands-on approach to team management and meticulous oversight of processing operations.
