Almarai, a leading food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator for its operations in Hail. As the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and the region's largest food and beverage producer, Almarai is a market leader across the GCC. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing expansion and growth plans within a dynamic multinational team.

Role Overview

The Regional Quality Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems across the region. This involves overseeing all aspects of product handling, from receiving and inspection to storage, sales, and delivery, ensuring that quality standards meet consumer and customer expectations. The role requires proactive implementation of quality procedures, training, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality systems for receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering products.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Perform regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Report on quality performance, review findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective implementation.
• Update quality procedures and SQA forms as needed.
• Conduct continuous improvement analysis to identify areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Poultry Technology or a related science field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Poultry Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A valid driving license from the country of origin.

Essential Competencies

• Knowledge of product composition, product quality, correct product handling, and food hygiene.
• Familiarity with quality system implementation, updating, upgrading, and evaluation.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Self-driven and result-oriented with a clear focus on high quality.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
