Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Secure product listings across all designated accounts.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts for customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Execute daily route plans and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Reconcile daily sales transactions accurately.
  • Ensure no stock discrepancies or cash shortages.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in FMCG distribution sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid residency permit and Saudi driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English knowledge preferred.
