Key Responsibilities:- Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Secure product listings across all designated accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new customers.
- Manage and develop existing accounts for customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries with tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Execute daily route plans and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Reconcile daily sales transactions accurately.
- Ensure no stock discrepancies or cash shortages.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in FMCG distribution sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid residency permit and Saudi driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic; English knowledge preferred.
