Danone MENA is seeking a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (medical representative) to contribute to our mission of bringing health through food. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the market share of Specialized Nutrition products while building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence HCP attitudes and behaviors through regular visits and strong relationship-building.
  • Ensure HCPs receive accurate messages and clinical studies regarding our nutritional solutions.
  • Conduct scientific meetings and provide comprehensive nutrition education.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to maximize market potential.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to address HCP inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with WHO and local government standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to assess market conditions and address challenges.

Requirements:
  • BSc in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dietetics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field, with a nutrition background preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team objectives.

About the Role:

مدير تشغيل فندق (Hotel Operations Manager)

الموقع: جدة – المملكة العربية السعودية

ملخص الوظيفة:
يتولى مدير التشغيل الإشراف الكامل على جميع أقسام الفندق (الاستقبال، التدبير الفندقي، الصيانة، الأمن، الأغذية والمشروبات إن وجدت)، ويضمن سير العمليات اليومية بكفاءة عالية، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والربحية ورضا النزلاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • الإشراف العام على تشغيل الفندق بجميع أقسامه التشغيلية والإدارية.
  • إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية الشهرية والسنوية بما يحقق الأهداف المالية والتسويقية.
  • مراقبة الأداء اليومي للفندق والتأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة وخدمة النزلاء.
  • متابعة العقود والموردين والتأكد من جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
  • إدارة فرق العمل والتأكد من التدريب المستمر ورفع الكفاءة.
  • الإشراف على الصيانة الدورية والتشغيل الفني للمبنى والمعدات.
  • تحليل الإيرادات والمصاريف وإعداد تقارير مالية دورية للإدارة العليا.
  • وضع سياسات التشغيل الداخلي وإجراءات العمل القياسية (SOPs).
  • الإشراف على برامج التسويق والعلاقات العامة لرفع إشغال الفندق.
  • التعامل مع الجهات الرسمية ومتابعة التصاريح والتراخيص اللازمة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • بكالوريوس إدارة فندقية أو تخصص إداري ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة أو تشغيل الفنادق (يفضّل 4 أو 5 نجوم أو الشقق الفندقية).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • مهارات قيادية واتخاذ القرار تحت الضغط.
  • قدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة الجنسيات.

المزايا الوظيفية:
  • الراتب الشهري: (يُحدد بعد المقابلة).
  • بدل السكن: (يُحدد حسب سياسة الشركة – نقدي أو سكن مؤمن).
  • بدل النقل: (يُحدد حسب الاتفاق).

شروط إضافية:
  • فترة التجربة: 3 أشهر قابلة للتجديد مرة واحدة.
