We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our production cycle of smoked meats, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout all stages of production.

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our production cycle of smoked meats, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production cycle of smoked meats from raw material receiving to packaging and distribution.
- Implement and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety systems (HACCP).
- Manage supply chain and inventory efficiently including meats, spices, and smoking woods.
- Build and lead high-performance teams while monitoring performance to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Analyze operational costs to enhance product profitability and reduce waste.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and coordinate with relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food sector.
- Technical expertise in meat smoking techniques and quality management.
- Strong understanding of restaurant supply chain management and food safety systems.
- Residing in Jeddah.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
