Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and train the electrical team to ensure effective maintenance of all electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems.
- Monitor performance to prevent failures or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Manager for regular testing.
- Manage electrical inventory and stock.
- Review and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Handle emergency electrical issues ensuring minimal guest service impact.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 8 years’ experience
  • 4–8 years of direct experience in Hospitality Electrical and Control operation
  • Ability to utilize control programs for troubleshooting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
  • Perform troubleshooting of electrical systems & maintain related equipment
  • Operate and maintain High, Medium, and Low Volt electrical stations
  • Service, install, and repair motors and electrical panels
  • Monitor performance for maximum efficiency
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests

Health & Safety
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
