Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all company statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and carry out maintenance repairs while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain green areas and car parks as applicable.
- Follow planned preventative maintenance programs and ensure good relationships with internal and external customers.
- Implement energy conservation initiatives and adhere to ****** regulations.
- Participate in additional training suitable for the role.
Ideal Candidate:
