Graphic Designer

About the Role

Xenel Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Corporate Communications function in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves developing visual assets that align with the group's brand identity and strategic vision. The Graphic Designer will contribute to the visual identity across various internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce multimedia content for strategic presentations, corporate reports, business proposals, and internal communications, including executive announcements and awareness campaigns.
• Develop design concepts and visual materials for digital and print channels, such as executive brochures, infographics, event signage, environmental branding, and social media graphics.
• Create executive-level presentation decks using PowerPoint/Keynote for board meetings, strategic alignments, and external engagements.
• Ensure all visual deliverables adhere to Xenel Group’s corporate tone, aesthetic standards, and brand identity guidelines.
• Design collateral and experiential branding assets for corporate forums, internal events, and group-wide activations.
• Maintain, update, and enforce corporate brand guidelines across all group touchpoints and communication channels.
• Safeguard design standards and consistency across all entities and departments within Xenel Group.
• Review, refine, and approve branded collateral requested by cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain a structured digital asset archive for version control, file accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Curate and update an enterprise library of reusable design templates, brand guidelines, iconography, stock assets, and approved media files.
• Provide support for corporate event logistics, vendor sourcing, and the production of customized corporate gifts and branded merchandise.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and production agencies for asset generation for internal archives and external media releases.

Candidate Qualifications

• Nationality: Saudi.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional design experience, preferably within a corporate environment, luxury brand, family office, or creative agency with corporate clients.
• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio showcasing a versatile design range across corporate collateral, branding, and digital media.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual capabilities in Arabic and English, particularly in typography and design layout, are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Motion Graphics/Animation are a plus.
