About the Role

Mechanism Support Contracting Company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting daily HR operations and ensuring effective personnel management within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating performance review processes.
• Implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits and leave requests.
• Assist with payroll-related documentation in coordination with finance.
• Support personnel management activities such as handling employee inquiries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Help ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Collaborate with managers to address staffing and development needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources and a strong understanding of HR practices. The role requires the ability to interpret and apply HR policies effectively.

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and maintain HR Policies in line with organizational and legal requirements.
• Experience administering Employee Benefits programs and related documentation.
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee relations and record keeping.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software tools.

Sector Focus

Previous HR experience in contracting, construction, or industrial sectors is considered an advantage for this position.
