Role Overview

The Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for providing essential support to the commercial planning, analysis, and execution of various infrastructure-related initiatives. This involves a blend of analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management activities to ensure successful project delivery and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive commercial assessments for infrastructure initiatives.
• Evaluate various transaction and delivery options to optimize project outcomes.
• Support procurement and negotiation activities, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate alignment, decision-making, and successful contractual close-outs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on infrastructure-related commercial planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct commercial assessments and evaluate complex transaction options.
• Proven experience in supporting procurement processes and negotiation activities.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, supporting projects across Jeddah and Makkah.
