The Role of Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Jeddah, with options for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting FalconEye’s branding and digital marketing services, and supporting the acquisition of new business opportunities within the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients for FalconEye’s services.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present the agency’s branding and digital marketing services effectively.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on leads to advance sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and support the closing of new business deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure sales pitches align with service offerings.
• Provide clear updates on the sales pipeline status to relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver basic onboarding guidance to new clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, hybrid position primarily based in Jeddah, with flexibility for some remote work. The role covers client engagement across Jeddah and Makkah.
