About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Store Solution Applications System Analyst to join its team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on the implementation and deployment of application software, providing essential support and training to staff within the retail environment.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure IT solutions align with clinical needs, thereby improving healthcare delivery and enhancing operational efficiency. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data security, analyzing data for operational insights, monitoring application performance, and safeguarding patient privacy across all assigned applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new applications or customize existing ones to meet the specific needs of the retail industry.
• Act as Level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet internal customer needs.
• Analyze end-user requirements and contribute to designing solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new software applications or major updates, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for development and address operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendors providing specialized application support to ensure tools meet specific end-user requirements.
• Continuously monitor application performance to meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure patient privacy is maintained across all applications through strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in both the IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring innovative solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure IT solutions align with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in system analysis and application support, preferably within a retail or healthcare technology environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, indoor position. The standard work week consists of 5 working days with 2 days off. Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
