Architectural Manager Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking an Architectural Manager to join a Grade 1-classified engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and involves leading the architectural function for a significant construction project.

Project Context

The Architectural Manager will be responsible for overseeing the architectural department on a high-profile hotel project in Jeddah. This project is currently in an active construction phase, requiring dedicated leadership to ensure architectural standards and project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the architectural department effectively.
• Review and approve architectural designs to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Ensure all architectural work complies with the Saudi Building Code.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and safety teams throughout the project delivery phase.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural management, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment. A proven track record in leading architectural teams and managing complex building projects is essential.

Contract and Schedule

This position is offered as a 1-year project-based contract. There is potential for strong performers to transition to other projects within the company upon successful completion of the initial contract. The work schedule for this role is 6 days a week.
