About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor based in Makkah, Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The role involves overseeing and executing housekeeping activities to ensure commercial facilities are maintained in a tidy and clean condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and execute housekeeping activities within commercial facilities.
• Manage the schedule of housekeeping services.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Oversee staff during their duties, including tasks such as dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Encourage the implementation of established housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
