About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Hostess to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is integral to delivering memorable guest experiences and embodying the warmth of hospitality within our hotel environment.

Role Purpose

As a Hostess, you will be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Your primary objective is to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience, which includes possessing extensive knowledge of all menu offerings to assist guests effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the menu and all products.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking legible and accurate messages, and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
