About the Role

PR Arabia is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an organized individual with 0-1 years of experience who is ready to contribute to influencer campaign management and relationship building within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This involves identifying and engaging with content creators, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless communication among clients, influencers, and internal teams to achieve campaign objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators.
Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to completion.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and talent agencies.
Attend events, activations, and content shoots as required to support campaign execution.
Prepare campaign briefs and facilitate clear communication among clients, influencers, and internal teams.
Conduct market and influencer research to identify relevant opportunities and industry trends.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare presentations and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills with influencers and talent agencies.
Good understanding of influencer campaign briefing and execution processes.
Solid knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms.
Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for preparing professional presentations and reports.
