About the Junior Brand Manager Role

Mishkat Agritech Farm is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to oversee the brand's market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of developing comprehensive marketing plans that integrate traditional and digital approaches. The Junior Brand Manager will be instrumental in shaping long-term brand strategies, managing promotional activities, and guiding creative and digital agencies to ensure consistent brand execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) and overarching brand strategy.
  • Manage brand positioning, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute to portfolio growth.
  • Lead innovation initiatives and new product development processes from conception through to launch.
  • Create and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product introductions.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, social media presence, and manage agency partnerships.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activation programs.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and business performance data.
  • Drive trade marketing initiatives, in-store visibility, and retail execution strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and monitor the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and R&D departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing. Experience in FMCG or Fresh Produce is considered a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and frameworks from the ground up.
  • A strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital media buying, and current content trends.
  • Proven experience in briefing and managing external marketing and media agencies.
  • Professional-level fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Required Technical and Leadership Skills

  • Project Management: Proficiency in using tools like Asana for structuring complex plans and tracking multi-stakeholder deliverables.
  • Ability to translate raw consumer data and digital metrics into actionable 12-month strategic recommendations.
  • Capacity to design 360-degree brand experiences that engage consumers across all touchpoints.
  • High-level presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and defend marketing plans to senior management.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires the candidate to be located in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
