About the Role

Alinma is seeking a Junior Retail Sales Representative for the Western Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction within the retail sector.

Role Purpose

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, and effectively promoting products. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulations.
Provide timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.
Gather and report customer feedback for product and service improvements.
