Jumeirah is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join the team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Located a short distance from Masjid Al Haram, the hotel features multiple dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, an executive lounge, and meeting spaces. Guests can enjoy views of the Grand Mosque and a diverse culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, stacking, dry cleaning, finishing, billing, and managing the pick-up and delivery of laundry items.
• Load and unload washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines, adhering to their specified capacities.
• Categorize all types of garments to ensure the correct application of chemicals and formulas during the laundry process, preventing damage, shrinkage, and color loss.
• Verify and ensure that all garments are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's care label instructions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of all assigned equipment to maximize its lifespan.
• Record daily pick-up, delivery, and laundry production volumes.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to follow established hygiene, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
• Basic understanding of laundry operations and fabric care.
• Proficiency in English or the preferred local language, both written and verbal.
