About LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center)

LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center established in 2011 in Saudi Arabia. The center provides rehabilitative, counseling, and consultative services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Founded by hearing and speech rehabilitation specialist Rana Mirza in partnership with Ratiba Sernivan, LLSC collaborates with international experts and was the first in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program with families. Services include speech sound improvement, stuttering intervention, voice disorder treatment, speech and language therapy, auditory-verbal rehabilitation, learning difficulties support, behavior modification, psychological services, intelligence and ADHD assessments, psychological counseling, and early skills preparation programs.

The Role of Special Education Specialist

LLSC is seeking a Special Education Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves designing and implementing individualized education and intervention plans for children and adults who experience communication, language, behavioral, and learning challenges.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Conducting assessments to identify specific needs.
• Developing and adapting educational materials suitable for individual and group sessions.
• Delivering one-on-one and small-group intervention sessions.
• Tracking progress using evidence-based methods, such as Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with speech therapists, psychologists, and other professionals within the center.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with families to support the carryover of skills at home.
• Contributing to case documentation and record-keeping.
• Participating actively in team meetings and case discussions.
• Supporting center programs related to early skills development and behavior modification.

Work Location

This is an on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
