About the Territory Sales Manager Role

AJEX is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager to play a key role in revenue generation and the development of business relationships with new and existing clients. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify efficient methods, meeting with customers to address concerns and provide solutions, and discovering sales opportunities through consumer research. This role requires strong organizational and sales skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to determine the most effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and offer solutions.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through market research.
  • Present AJEX products and services to prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry events to foster client relationships.
  • Evaluate sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor competitive activities within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager and maintain daily CRM updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Territory Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth.
  • Mandatory field sales experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • A problem-solving attitude and a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
