Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee vital maintenance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to contribute to operational excellence and equipment reliability within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Operations: Supervise maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment, develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, monitor equipment performance, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Team Management: Lead maintenance teams, provide guidance and training to technicians, and allocate resources based on priorities.
• Safety & Operational Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promote safe working practices, and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in mining or heavy equipment operations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
