Join Obeikan Glass as a Legal Specialist! We're seeking a skilled legal professional to support our operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure contracts align with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct legal research on various issues and provide summaries and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and provide support in preparing legal documents.
  • Assist in the management of legal disputes and litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of contractual obligations.
  • Raise awareness among employees about legal issues and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher related to the field
Experience: Minimum 13 years required.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية.
  • زمالة الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين (SOCPA) مفضل.
