We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guests experience the luxury and comfort that Kempinski is known for. Located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining the impeccable standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean assigned guest rooms, making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Perform thorough cleaning of corridors and public areas, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Provide turn down services for guest rooms as needed.
• Document relevant information and update the Order Taker about any lost and found items.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Previous experience in a hotel environment is beneficial, showcasing your ability to meet and exceed guest expectations. We value individuals who strive for excellence and have a passion for outstanding service.
