Position Summary:As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Your duties will include:
- Preparing ingredients for cooking, ensuring proper portioning, chopping, and storage.
- Using baking and measuring tools/equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintaining compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures.
- Regularly monitoring the quality of food and portions served throughout your shift.
- Washing and disinfecting the kitchen area and ensuring cleanliness.
- Adhering to company policies regarding safety and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications needed.
