Join Our Culinary Team as a Baker!

At Marriott International, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team at Le Méridien Riyadh. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker who is passionate about creating delicious baked goods and providing exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Position Summary:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Your duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, ensuring proper portioning, chopping, and storage.
• Using baking and measuring tools/equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures.
• Regularly monitoring the quality of food and portions served throughout your shift.
• Washing and disinfecting the kitchen area and ensuring cleanliness.
• Adhering to company policies regarding safety and hygiene.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed.
