We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Plant General Manager. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize scheduled meetings, calendars, and appointments; take minutes of meetings.
  • Oversee VIP travel and accommodation arrangements, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills.
  • Screen incoming emails and calls, discussing required actions.
  • Review and check correspondence and reports; assess the importance of materials and organize documents for GM's signature.
  • Handle private, official, and confidential communications.
  • Prepare agendas and gather materials for meetings.
  • Collect and prepare reports for the GM as required.
  • Assemble and analyze files according to systematic chart arrangement.
  • Perform various executive support tasks and any other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards and follow-up systems, ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Act as a point of contact between all departments and employees, resolving queries effectively.
  • Handle petty cash and invoicing processes, along with other financial accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Arabic speaking preferred; fluent in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle/CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
