The Role of Commissioning Leader PCS M/F

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Commissioning Leader PCS M/F for a full-time position in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This role is central to ensuring that pre-commissioning and commissioning preparations align with contract and schedule obligations, as well as company specifications. The Commissioning Leader is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all commissioning activities, adhering to the OPERCOM® methodology and utilizing ICAPS© software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up.
• Develop pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in collaboration with the proponent department.
• Participate in HSE activities to maintain safety standards.
• Manage system and sub-system definitions.
• Ensure proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
• Monitor and report on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress.
• Issue periodic progress reports.
• Organize and coordinate commissioning execution activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning leadership roles, specifically within the energy sector. A strong understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, including adherence to methodologies like OPERCOM® and proficiency with software such as ICAPS©, is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern region. The role involves working within an international organization focused on energy production infrastructure, collaborating with various stakeholders including contractors and subcontractors.
