Role Overview

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking an experienced Hydrojetting Incharge / Team Leader to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is critical for overseeing and leading hydrojetting operations on site, with a particular focus on shutdown and turnaround projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hydrojetting team, ensuring strict safety compliance, coordinating with other departments, and delivering quality service within project timelines.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hydrojetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Coordinate with project management, safety officers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of hydrojetting activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout all operations.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the hydrojetting team.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Prepare and maintain records of operations, safety checks, and incidents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in hydrojetting operations, with proven experience specifically in shutdown and turnaround environments, preferably within the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong technical knowledge of hydrojetting equipment, safety protocols, and operational practices.
