Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations using heavy vehicles.
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Perform regular maintenance on vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and maintenance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Driver or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety procedures.
- Ability to operate heavy vehicles in various conditions.
- Time management skills for timely deliveries.
- Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of driving.
