Role Overview

The Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This role is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts across key sectors including infrastructure, construction, energy, and industry. The specialist will engage in daily activities to support client needs and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotations for project materials, power solutions, and logistics services.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.
• Maintain detailed account records, including billing and payment information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts.
• Provide proactive support on project materials, power solutions, and logistics services.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage customer accounts and inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations and tracking orders.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed account records.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role requiring consistent collaboration with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position is based in Al Khobar.
