Role Overview

The Assistant Guest Services Manager is responsible for ensuring guests receive professional and customer-focused service, contributing to a memorable stay experience. This role involves active engagement with guests and proactive management of front office operations to maintain satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions, and related details.
• Actively solicit guest feedback and preferences regarding hotel services and ensure appropriate actions are taken to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest service personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival through departure.
• Handle guest complaints and assist in maintaining positive relationships between management and guests by resolving problems and attending to requests or queries promptly.
• Ensure all front office areas are maintained in an efficient, clean, safe, and hygienic manner.
• Assure compliance and coordination of guests' needs, requests, and personal preferences.
• Organize and implement all special needs, personal preferences, and amenity distribution in accordance with department standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Proven capability to provide creative solutions to guest needs.
