About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with specialized experience in storm, oily, and sanitary water systems for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional engineer with a proven track record in managing civil projects from conceptualization through detailed design for medium to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising a team of Civil Engineers on various projects.
• Negotiating critical and controversial issues with senior engineers and architects.
• Ensuring thorough knowledge and application of project engineering practices, economic principles, international standards, codes, specifications, and procedures.
• Designing gravity networks, including storm water, oily water, and sanitary water systems.
• Designing grading and paving elements for projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, and/or Infrastructure industries.
• Experience in the petrochemical industry is also relevant.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software and design areas is required:

• Civil 3D
• SEWER GEMS
• Design of gravity networks (storm water, oily water, sanitary water).
• Design of grading and paving.
