Key Responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries of beverages, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Unload and store beverages safely and organized, following proper rotation and temperature control procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit requisitions for new stock based on established minimum inventory levels.
• Issue beverages and supplies to authorized personnel upon request with proper documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas for all beverages and supplies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
0 - 1 year in supply chain management is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Summary:
The Retail Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry, along with proven proficiency in inventory management systems such as Autoline and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels in the retail store.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales team for effective merchandise display.
• Track sales and inventory data, generating reports as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Experience with Autoline or similar inventory management systems.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
