Role OverviewThe Storekeeper will be responsible for efficiently organizing and managing all warehouse activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Maintaining inventory control
- Inspecting items for quality
- Ensuring proper storage and packing of materials
- Managing stock and maintaining accurate records
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts
Qualifications NeededTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience in Inventory Control and Management
- Proficiency in Packing and Unloading
- Skills in Forklift Operation or similar warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols for a clean, organized workspace
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management are a plus
- Previous warehousing or logistics experience is highly desirable
