Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute the growth of the management system division across the region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  • Set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
  • Identify market shifts and emerging markets while remaining informed about competitive products.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the certification industry in the Middle East.
  • Proven experience in consulting, public safety, and certification industries is mandatory.
