Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications:- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as a Team Leader in a larger operation.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
