Join Weatherford as a Technical Sales Representative – Well Constructions!

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our cementing sales and service activities. This role is crucial as it involves collaborating with senior technical sales and operational teams to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for customers.
  • Develop presentations to support product demonstrations.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Prepare monthly reports and activity summaries on product line performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Skills Required:
  • Technical knowledge of Cementing tools and well construction services.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related discipline) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in oilfield services or cementing operations.
