Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to set standards and procedures.
• Create visually appealing flower arrangements for daily hotel requirements.
• Provide specialized design and floral expertise for events such as weddings and functions.
• Prepare bouquets and centerpieces as per requests.
• Ensure all designs meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage floral budgets and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain communication with departments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Order flowers and monitor arrivals from vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Participate in training and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Good organizational and self-discipline skills.
• Engagement with guests and exemplary personal hygiene are essential.
• Previous experience in Housekeeping Operations is preferable.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.
