About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods, and coordinating logistics operations to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure compliance with timelines.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping and logistics documentation, including customs paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to align logistics operations with business needs.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related supply chain role. A strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation management, and compliance is required.
