Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.

MPFM - MULTI PATHS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CO. شركة المسارات المتعددة لإدارة المرافق is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and day-to-day accounting operations. Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Work closely with management to provide insightful financial analysis and reporting
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency using Odoo ERP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting (senior level preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial modeling, etc.)
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
