We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to be a key part of our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. With a history of manufacturing excellence since 1980, ALSHIFA is a leading medical device manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and we pride ourselves on producing high-quality products that meet international standards.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations. Your key responsibilities will include bookkeeping, handling invoices, VAT filing, and supporting the monthly closings.

The successful candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations. Your key responsibilities will include bookkeeping, handling invoices, VAT filing, and supporting the monthly closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales, and expenses).
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts (bank, supplier, and customers).
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.
- Manage vendor invoices and client receivables.
- Support payroll and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SOCPA standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
