We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in selling Engineering Consulting and Outsourcing solutions to various industrial clients, including Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC Contractors.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in selling Engineering Consulting and Outsourcing solutions to various industrial clients, including Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC Contractors.
Qualifications:
- 5–13 years of proven sales experience in engineering solutions, Staffing/Outsourcing services.
- Established relationships and a strong network in the Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Successful experience in consultative selling and client acquisition.
- Thorough understanding of industrial sales strategies and long-cycle sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting industrial sectors.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
- Drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
